WHAT IS THE GENERAL RETURN POLICY AT GoAthletiq?
7 DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at GoAthletiq - you can return items which qualify as returnable/refundable under this Policy within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please, ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.
If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we'll gladly take it back within7 days from the date of delivery. However, please note that in case you are unavailable on the day the delivery executive tries to deliver the product and subsequently the product is delivered to you at a different day or time then the date of delivery shall be the day and time at which the delivery executive first attempted to deliver the product. We will issue you in a full refund in GoAthletiq Credit Vouchers or a different item in exchange as per your request. Please note that all refunds shall be made ONLY in GoAthletiq Credit Vouchers, and there shall be no monetary refund of any sort whatsoever.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM, WRONG PRODUCT OR MISSING UNITS IN MY ORDER?
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at support@GoAthletiq.in within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either GoAthletiq Credit Vouchers or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. Further, please note that, the exercise of this option shall remain at the sole discretion of GoAthletiq and in accordance with our Terms of Service.
FITNESS/ACCESSORIES/SPORTS:
- Any Fitness Equipment/Accessory/Sports will be valid for replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- 2. Any Fitness/Sports/Accessories Equipment will be replaced in case of manufacturing defect, size or colour change.
Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. GoAthletiq shall not be obligated to specially arrange any replacements. In case product availability is an issue, the same shall be notified to you and a refund shall be initiated. GoAthletiq is in no manner whatsoever liable to prove such unavailability.
FOLLOWING SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT:
- Damages due to misuse / incorrect use of product
- 2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- 3. Any consumable item, which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered material/surface/edges/handles/grip
- Combos sold won't be taken back/returned as individual units
- Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. Please note that in case any item is picked up by us and it turns out that the original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered are not in order, the same shall be returned back to you at your own cost. If the remaining accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered can be reinstated by you, the same shall be couriered to us by SpeedPost at your own cost if you wish to avail of the return/refund.
Some special rules for promotional offers may override our 7 Day Return Policy. It is the sole discretion of GoAthletiq to define, modify, discontinue or notify such special rules.

WHAT IS THE APPAREL SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY ?
Size Exchange :
- You can exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item for a different size within 7 days from the delivery date.
- All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is not available, we will offer a store credit.
- Size exchanges are limited to the same style of the original purchase.
How to Initiate a Size Exchange:
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@GoAthletiq.in within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the size exchange process.
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- - We will provide instructions for returning the item(s) and offer a replacement.
I NEED TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM; HOW DO I ARRANGE FOR A PICK-UP ?
You can write to us at support@GoAthletiq.in to initiate a return. We will arrange the return pickup for you. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products priced under 499.
