Warranty Inclusions
- Duration of Warranty : 100 days from the date of Purchase .
- Any manufacturing defect in the frame or core, missing parts, Cracked or loose edge guard.
Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear, damage through improper usage, negligence, acts of nature, hitting on ground or accident.
- Fading of graphics.
- Any damage due to over exposure to sun, moisture, rains, rubbing on ground.
- Grip Tape wear and tear, scratches on edge guard.
Steps to Claim Your Warranty

1. Write an email to contact@goathletiq.in sharing the pics and videos of damaged product.
2. Share the Invoice Number and date of Purchase.
3. Share the name of customer, model name, address and contact number.
4. Athletiq Operations team will review the complaint and will revert within 2 working days with their decision. They may ask for additional information in case it is required.
5. If the claim is processed, we shall either replace the product with the same or similar model. If the original model has been discontinued, we may provide a comparable replacement model of equivalent value.
