• We know that you can’t wait to hold Athletiq paddle in your hands. Therefore, we partner with reliable multiple courier
  partners and our logistics platform matches the most efficient delivery service for your order, based on location.
•  It generally take 4-5 working days to deliver our order but in case of unseen or unexpected reasons, sometimes there could be a delay of 1 or 2 days but that is a rare scenario.
• For Pre-paid orders of more than INR 3000/- we choose “By Air” delivery option and it reaches you withing 2 days.

As soon as your package is packed and a shipping label is generated, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment. Delivery times can be found in our Shipping Policy. 

Yes you can but we can only cancel your order up to a certain point in the packing and shipping process. After that, cancellations are no longer possible. Orders are typically ready for shipment within hours of being placed. If you wish to cancel, please write to us at contact@goathletiq.in within 6 hours of placing the order or as soon as possible. 

We provide replacement if the product is damaged during transit or has any manufacturing defect, within 7 days from the date of delivery. But the original packaging has to be intact and there should not be any marks of usage on the paddle or balls or on accessories. Please note that we cannot resell or repurpose a once used product therefore its important that the product is NOT used or have any mark on it.
